We all experience struggles in life from time to time – we’re all human beings and ‘stuff’ happens that can throw us a curve ball (2020 happened to us all). 16 years ago I started my journey with Counselling, Psychotherapy and Coaching. I’ve struggling with my own panic attacks and anxiety, I suffered from postnatal depression with all 3 of my children and over the last 10 years, I’ve personally road tested everything I share with my clients today.

Not only do I have client results to show for my work but, I'm here today to navigate the way with you in-spite of being in a similar space and place to you. The work that I do with clients now is to share with them a clear path to busting those blocks we all have. I’m now able to live my life, play in a much bigger way and ditch the control freakiness I thought kept me safe.

You don’t need to push yourself to ‘go outside your comfort zone’, you don’t need to ‘face your fears’ in a controlled environment (why would anyone do that)?!!

No mind over matter, no controlling your state of mind or weird and wonderful ways to ‘control’ your feelings.

No relaxation and breathing techniques, no visualisations and monitoring or controlling your thoughts. (you can if you want, if it’s working for you now then don’t stop BUT you might just find all the things you feel you need to do, just simply fade away)

It’s funny when you suddenly notice that you just grab your keys and go do whatever you want without all the planning.

I can remember the first time I noticed hearing a bus go past without the sudden whoosh of anxiety, when we work together remind me to tell you about it.

I was in the process of designing a huge 6 week course with hours of video content and workbooks BUT after talking to members of my group, running various free and paid events/courses and from my own experience of signing up to courses (and not completing them . . .  yes I’ve done it too haha) I came to the realisation that this is just NOT how learning or transformation happens!

Learning and transformation happens through structured/guided support, and by learning and sharing experiences with other people going through a similar experience in a safe, supportive and non judgemental environment and that is what I have created in the Life Lab Academy!

  • 6 Weeks long/short

    Why make it any longer? This is long enough to make huge change but short enough to fully dive in and commit fully. 3 month, 6 month or 1 year programs just drag out the same content but with less support and spread it out over a longer time frame to justify the higher price tag.

  • Monday 1 hour live workshop

    It all starts with a recorded (so you can catch up) live hour long Zoom session with me on the Monday. This will be all the information you will need for that week. It will be a live workshop style format with slides and explanations, put your hand up or comment if you don't get it etc. I've realised you don't need more and more hours of content rammed down your ears that you don't have time to watch or digest with your busy life. You need less content but delivered in the right way! And that is what we will do every Monday. 

  • Tuesday 2 x coaching call 'hot seats'

    Every Tuesday we have 2 half an hour slots available for people to book in (first come first serve) and speak to me 121 but these will be a 'hot seat' style call if you are happy. So it will be just me and you on the Zoom call with no distractions but it will be live streamed into the group so that others can listen in and also learn from the session. I realise this might seem WAY out of your comfort zone at the moment but I promise this will be amazing and you will all be fighting for the spaces by the end of the 6 weeks. If you really aren't happy for it to be live streamed then we can do it privately but everyone (including you) will get so much from listening back to it and also listening in on other people's sessions too so if we all get comfortable with sharing we will get so much more out of it and experience transformations so much quicker.

  • Wednesday ask me anything live

    Wednesday is another Live Zoom with me as an ask me anything hour. Where you can ask me about something you didn't understand from the Monday session, something from the Tuesday hot seats or anything at all. You can ask me these live on the Zoom, drop them in the comments, or private message me any is fine.

  • Thursday 2 x coaching call 'hot seats'

    Thursday we have another 2 'hot seats' available (so 4 half hour slots per week available so everyone will get chance to do at least 1 over the 6 weeks).

  • Friday recorded live Zoom call

    Friday we have a recorded weekly live Zoom call. This is a free for all, whoever comes on can ask me anything, or chat to the other members, I can cover any topic you want or just have a laugh and get to know each other. These are great fun when everyone joins in and lets their guard down. My members come with a glass of wine, lying in bed or out in the garden, it's all very relaxed and we'll become a very comfortable tribe/family over the 6 weeks I promise.

  • Access to Me (ALMOST) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

    You get full access to me, a fully qualified Psychotherapist and Life Coach whenever you need me within the group. Just post, comment or message me and I will be there to offer support and guidance. It might be daunting at first but I prefer you to post your issues within the group so that others can also benefit from hearing what you are struggling with and how to overcome it. When we all share and support each other that makes us 'better together'.

  • Access to a private Facebook group

    We have a pop up private Facebook group for the whole 6 weeks which is where all the comments, support and sharing will be so it's best if you are on Facebook. If you're not just join for this one group for 6 weeks I promise it will be worth it! It is a very small, closed, intimate group where we can all share our inner secrets without fear or judgement. You can ask me anything in here night or day and I will always get back to you (if not straight away, the next day) either with a written reply or sometimes with a live or video if I think it will benefit others. This is an uplifting, positive environment.

  • Only 30 spaces

    The programme is limited to a maximum of 30 members, and for this first one I have reserved 9 spots for my members so there are only 21 spots available which are going to go fast!

  • Accountability

    I hold you accountable and give you a ‘very therapeutic’ kick up the butt to get out of your own way and get stuff done. I'm not going to harass or chase you if you don't turn up, but if you do turn up you won't be able to slide into the background! I want you to get the results you are looking for and I know the best way for you to get these results, so trust me and the process, I've got you!

  • Regular lives + personal interaction

    I will be doing regular live videos in the group as well as sending you personal voice notes and messages to keep you going and holding your hand throughout the journey!

None of this is set in stone and it can all be subject to change based on your feedback. If we find something isn’t working, or you are all getting more value from one of the sessions and not using the coaching calls or visa versa we can swop things around or if you prefer having more sessions on one of the days and can’t make another day etc we can move and mould this program to suit the majority.

Ok so HOW MUCH I hear you say!

This is going to cost me thousands you must be thinking!? 

Nope . . . . the price is just £297.

I try to keep my prices as low as possible so that I can help and support as many people as possible regardless of their budget. Some therapists charge £60 per hour but not me! 

I charge £40 per hour and I have some clients that come to me each and every week and have done for years, so £40 per hour x 6 weeks = £240 (and that’s just for one hour with me a week)! Look at everything I am offering here for just an extra £10 per week! 

I love personal 121 therapy, it’s my job and I do help a lot of people but the change can be slow. And we have a great 1 hour session but you then slot back into your normal life, in the same environment with the same people living the same life and it can be really hard to get the big impactful change you are looking for with just 1 hour with me a week and no supportive, judgement free, like-minded, environment.

That’s why I have created Life Lab and I feel like it is my life’s calling! 

Why is alcoholics anonymous and drug detox centres so successful compared to conventional therapy or trying to change on your own? Because it is structured/qualified support within a supportive environment of like minded people all going through something similar to you.

If you’ve found your way here then something fits and feels right and that’s a big thing with Mental Health. It’s not about the ‘fight’ or ‘being strong’, it’s often about getting in the right place with the right support.

Studies have proven that receiving the right kind of structured support within a supportive group of like minded people who have been or are going through something similar to you always gives the best results.

No, I am only going to open this every 2-3 months so that everyone starts in the same place and so that everyone is on a similar journey. 

Yes they are recorded and saved to the Facebook group. You can join in with your camera off too if you are shy at first, but we would love to see your face. Every member was nervous at the start but most are seeing huge changes in their life and their confidence in just a few months so being brave and really diving in will improve your life in so many ways. You can also just watch the streaming through the Facebook group and comment if you don’t want to join the Zoom at all.

Any time, and I answer them as soon as I can. Although it does help other members to see the questions asked and my answer so I always encourage you to ask your questions into the group if you are able to. Often other members have the same questions you do and it’s good to know you are not alone.

Absolutely, the Zooms are streamed directly into the private Facebook group so you can just watch them or join in as much or as little as you like. A few members started off just commenting on posts etc but the other members made them feel so welcome they then felt more comfortable coming onto the Zooms. It really is great to see someone’s confidence grow over just a few weeks/months and yours will too!
